With thirty years of experience in architecture and construction, Windward has completed over one hundred residential and commercial projects located along the east coast and abroad.
Windward was founded by Elliot J. Siderides who remains the company’s President. Mr. Siderides holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University and is the firm’s principal designer and contractor. Windward’s team includes licensed architects, engineers, and surveyors, framers, trim carpenters, roofers, siders, masons, flooring and tile contractors, pool contractors, landscapers, fine craftsmen and many others. The unique relationships between these professionals and skilled artisans leads to an efficient and rewarding process from concept to conclusion.
